How will my package be delivered?
We ship all our orders with POSTNL or GLS, do you prefer another shipping method? send your question to email@example.com
Packaging / Shipping
Depending on the weight and size of the products, your order will be discreetly shipped in an envelope or package.
On the outside of your postal package only your name and a return address will be mentioned.
Delivery time & shipping costs
Parcels to NL and BE, are delivered within 1-2 working days if in stock. All our packages can be followed with a track and trace. For Germany, France the delivery time is 2 to 4 working days. For the other countries in Europe, the delivery time is 4-8 working days. We do not ship products outside Europe. Your order will not be shipped to you until we have received your payment.
What happens to my package if I am not home?
When you are not at home the postman will put a note in your mailbox. The parcel normally remains at the post office for 1 to 2 weeks. Please pick it up on time. fresh products that we have sent and are not picked up at the post office or parcelshop and that are returned will not be refunded or replaced.
For letterbox shipments you do not have to stay at home, the postman will deliver it to your letterbox.
Can I track my package online?
If your order was shipped as a package, you can track it from about 12 hours after shipment. The Track & Tracé link can be found with the order in my account and/or will be sent to you by email.
Because the products are delivered fresh, they cannot be returned.
