The Dutchmicrodosing website and products are intended for persons 18 years of age and older. Dutchmicrodosing points out that persons under the age of 18 should not place orders. Dutchmicrodosing accepts no liability for the consequences of an order placed by a person under the age of 18. All products offered by Dutchmicrodosing should be kept away from persons under the age of 18.
Dutchmicrodosing accepts no liability in the following situations: the product does not give the buyer expected/wanted sensation and/or effect; loss of the functioning of the product; harvest results; physical and/or mental complaints (including but not limited to: dizziness, palpitations, headache, confusion, inducing a psychosis); impaired reaction capacity; other personal injury and/or incapacitation as a result of using the product. The products offered by Dutchmicrodosing are not to be considered as medicine and are not meant to replace (already started) medical treatment(s) and/or medical advice from a healthcare provider. The products can therefore not be used as a substitute for a prescribed medicine or drug. The products of Dutchmicrodosing should never be used in combination with medications, alcohol, supplements, antidepressants (MAO inhibitors, SSRIs, SRNIs and TCAs) and other drugs with similar effects.
Dutchmicrodosing only sells products that meet the conditions as described in the Opium law and therefore are not on List I & II of the Opium law. Sales will only be made for medical and/or scientific reasons, as laid down in Article 8 of the Opium Act. Dutchmicrodosing also sets restrictions on sales: a Buyer can purchase a maximum of 5 (hemp) seeds per day. . The products sold by Dutchmicrodosing are intended for personal use only. If there is a suspicion, including the type of product to which the agreement relates, whether or not in combination with the persons to whom the products are delivered, the manner and place of delivery as well as the duration and size of the delivery, that large-scale growers or traders are being supplied, Dutchmicrodosing is at all times entitled to dissolve the agreement. Refund of the purchase amount will be processed as soon as possible; payment will take place within 30 days after receipt of the return. Reimbursement will be made to the account number previously provided.
All information provided by Dutchmicrodosing, through the website, or by its employees over the phone, email or any other communicative means is for informational purposes only and is not to be considered medical advice. Although Dutchmicrodosing and its staff will always try to do their job to the best of their abilities, Dutchmicrodosing cannot guarantee that product descriptions and information provided through the website or by staff via email, phone or other communication channels are accurate, complete, reliable, current and error-free. Dutchmicrodosing would like to point out that in some cases the shape and colors of the packages may be changed, even though the product is the same as described.
In addition to consulting the website or employees, the purchaser bears personal responsibility for informing himself (‘research duty’) about the use, operation and possible health risks of the ordered product. Dutchmicrodosing is not liable for any damage caused by incorrect or illegal use of the delivered products.
DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE NETHERLANDS :
All products sold by Dutchmicrodosing are in line with Dutch legislation, including the Opium Act. Dutchmicrodosing cannot provide 100% reliable information on sales and delivery outside the Netherlands. The purchaser of the product must therefore inform himself as to whether the import of the product is legal and be responsible and lawful for compliance with local laws and customs regulations. Dutchmicrodosing is not responsible and/or liable for orders shipped on behalf of the buyer, if it appears that the product is illegal in the country to which the order is shipped. Dutchmicrodosing is not responsible for any seizure and/or destruction of products by customs or other authorities in the country where the order was delivered or in countries that are passed during shipment. If the above is found, Dutchmicrodosing will not refund the purchase and shipping costs and (any) compensation for damages to the buyer. The responsibility lies with the buyer from the moment the order is placed.
