This method, in which you inoculate a pre-developed mushroom culture directly into your substrate, offers a significantly lower chance of contamination compared to traditional methods such as spore prints and spore sprays. Follow the instructions for a successful harvest!
Wash your hands thoroughly and clean the outside of the Culture Ampoule with a clean, wet cloth.
We recommend using an alcohol wipe to eliminate any bacteria.
The included syringe is sterile packed. Make sure it does not get contaminated and open it in a clean environment.
Loosen the cap of the Culture Ampoule slightly so that it does not vacuum while filling the syringe.
Insert the needle through the rubber seal and draw the syringe full.
The needle is now ready and the culture can be injected into the desired substrate. Leave these at room temperature.
