1. Remove the culture kit, plastic bag and paper clip from the box. Remove the lid of the culture kit (keep the lid in place). Rinse the lid under running water. You will need these again later.
2. Place the culture kit without the lid in the plastic bag provided. Slide the opening of the bag under the bottom with the micro perforation facing up. The opening of the bag is now largely closed. You don’t have to worry about air circulation any further.
3. From the moment you see small bulbs growing, you can begin to place the bag upright. No watering. The first mushrooms will be visible after about 1 week.
4. Place the culture kit in an area with enough daylight and in a temperature of between 18°C and 28°C. NEVER place the grow kit in direct sunlight. Although mushrooms will grow at almost any temperature above 15°C, 23°C is the ideal temperature for optimal harvest. Special heat mats are available to ensure this temperature and not have to heat the entire room.
5. From this stage onwards (see download instructions ), leave the bag slightly open all the time to allow the moisture to evaporate a little. Too much moisture is not good. Your first harvest will be about a week after the first bulbs appear. Be sure to harvest before the first spores start falling!
6. These sets produce multiple mushroom harvests. To do this, fill the kit with clean tap water after the first harvest. Known as cold-shock, this process breathes new life into the mycelium and restores sufficient moisture for the mushrooms to grow.
7. Place the culture kit lid back on the kit. Allow the set to rest for 12 hours. Open a corner of the lid and drain off excess water. From here you can follow the instructions from step 1 again. This process can be repeated several times.

Mexican Mushrooms dosage

If you want to trip with Fresh Mushrooms Mexican Mushrooms, it is wise to dose accurately. Use a scale to weigh them. When dosing, your own weight, your experience and the desired intensity of the trip play a role. The more shrooms you take, the more intense the tip will be. So beginners should be careful and take a low dose. Use the guidelines below to determine how many mushrooms you can take:

For microdosing:

Microdosing: 0,2 gram dried mushrooms | 2 gram fresh mushrooms

For tripping you can assume the following amounts:

• Mild trip: 1 gram dried mushrooms | 9 grams fresh mushrooms
• Normal trip: 2 grams dried mushrooms | 21 grams fresh mushrooms
• Intense trip: 3,5 gram dried mushrooms | 35 gram fresh mushrooms

If you have chosen the right dose, you can decide how you want to take the mushrooms. You can eat them fresh or dried, but that is not very tasty. Making tea is also an option. Boil some water and weigh the right amount of mushrooms. Let the water cool down for a while and then pour it on the mushrooms. The tea should be steeped for 20 minutes, after which you can drink it.

Prepare your trip

With a good preparation you increase the chance of a great trip. So it is important to think about where you are going to trip (a place where you feel comfortable) and who will be there. Preferably good friends, people you can trust. If you don’t feel good about yourself or if you feel uncomfortable, you can have a bad trip.

Also make sure you have a good friend near you who wants to be a tripsitter. He or she will not take magic mushrooms, alcohol or other drugs. The tripsitter keeps an eye on you and can help you if the trip is unexpectedly too intense. The reassurance of such a person can make all the difference. Another good thing to have is the trip stopper, which can take the edge off a trip.
