  • 2 tablespoons of sunflower or pumpkin seeds

  • 3 tablespoons of coconut oil

  • Salt to taste

Preparation

Turn on the oven to 175 degrees. Take a baking sheet and place baking paper on it. Place the oatmeal and dried fruit in a large bowl and grind with a food processor or blender. Then add the seeds, cordyceps powder, flaxseed, spices, salt and chia seeds and grind this as well.

Melt the coconut oil with the butter in a pan and stir in the juice of half the orange and the honey. Stir well and when everything is well mixed add it to the dry ingredients in the bowl. Stir with a mixer until it is an even, sticky mixture. Add some more oatmeal if it is too wet, and if it is too dry add some water.

Pour the batter onto the baking sheet and use the rounded side of a spoon to make a large, flat cake. Put the plate in the oven and bake the cake for 20 minutes or until browned and crispy. When it is done let it cool. Cut the cake into 12 pieces. Store this healthy snack of medicinal mushrooms in a tightly sealed container.

We all know it: the afternoon dip. Sometime mid-afternoon, your energy runs out and you can’t concentrate well. That’s the appropriate time to have a Lion’s Mane cocoa ball. This one will give you long-lasting energy, allowing you to handle the rest of the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 teaspoon cookie spice
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 60 grams of dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of Lion’s Mane powder

Preparation

Take a bowl and put the dark chocolate in it. Now take a pan and fill it with a layer of water. Put the bowl in here, so that the water does not go over the edge. Put the pan on the stove. The water now heats up and causes the chocolate to melt. Add the maple syrup to the melted chocolate, stir well and remove from the heat.

Puree the avocado with a blender and stir the puree into the chocolate mixture. Feed the lion’s mane powder and spices and mix well. Now let everything cool and stiffen in the refrigerator. When it is slightly stiff you can roll balls of the mixture with your hands. Sprinkle cocoa powder on a cutting board and roll the balls through this until well coated.
